Ingredients of Niger seeds ladoo
- Niger seeds (Guizotia abyssinica) – 150 gm
- Dates – 1/2 cup
- Jaggery – 1 cup
Ingredients for 10 ladoo
Method of preparation
Roast the niger seeds, cool and grind well. Cut the dates into small pieces, powder the jaggery. Mix all the products and make into small Ladoo.
